toInt8 (Function)

Signature: toInt8(value: t0) -> int8

Description: Converts any integer type to int8. A value outside -128..127 performs Arith.overflow with the source as its operand.

Parameters

  • value (t0): The integer to convert

Returns: int8

Example

print(toInt8(100))  // 100
print (toInt8 100)  // 100
